Customer Content may include information relating to real estate projects, investments, acquisitions, consultants, lenders, investors, or project stakeholders. As described in the Terms of Use, Customer retains ownership of Customer Content.
The Services may incorporate publicly available datasets and third-party information sources, including Seattle Open Data, King County parcel records, U.S. Census Bureau data, and other municipal, county, state, federal, or commercial data providers. Urban Lynx may process and combine such information with Customer Content to provide analyses, reports, and platform functionality.
When users access or use the Services, Urban Lynx may automatically collect limited technical and operational information, including:
Urban Lynx uses this information to operate and secure the Services, maintain account sessions, diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve platform functionality. Urban Lynx does not currently operate advertising networks or behavioral advertising systems.
Subscription payments are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). Urban Lynx does not store complete payment card information on its own servers. Payment processors may collect and process payment information subject to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Urban Lynx may collect information when users contact support, submit inquiries, participate in onboarding, respond to surveys, or otherwise communicate with Urban Lynx.

Urban Lynx may offer features utilizing machine learning, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, or automated analytical systems ("AI Features"). AI Features may process Customer Content to generate summaries, support natural language search, generate reports or analyses, provide recommendations, or improve workflow functionality.
Urban Lynx maintains the following data governance commitments with respect to AI Features:
AI-generated outputs are illustrative and probabilistic in nature. Users are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it for professional decisions.
Urban Lynx does not sell Customer Content or personal information to third parties.
Urban Lynx may use third-party providers to support operation of the Services, including cloud hosting providers (such as Amazon Web Services), payment processors, authentication providers, infrastructure vendors, customer support systems, and AI or data processing providers. These providers may process information on Urban Lynx's behalf subject to contractual or operational safeguards.
Information within an organizational workspace may be visible to authorized users within that organization and to organization administrators responsible for managing permissions. Urban Lynx is not responsible for internal sharing decisions made within customer organizations.
Urban Lynx may disclose information where reasonably necessary to: comply with law, subpoena, or legal process; respond to governmental requests; protect the security or integrity of the Services; investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of the Terms of Use; protect Urban Lynx, its customers, or third parties; or enforce legal rights or agreements.
If Urban Lynx is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and reasonable confidentiality protections.
Urban Lynx retains Customer Content and account information during the active subscription period and for up to one (1) year following account inactivity, termination, or expiration (consistent with the Terms of Use). After the retention period, Urban Lynx may delete or anonymize Customer Content and associated records.
Certain information may remain temporarily in backups, archival systems, security logs, or legally required records. Urban Lynx may also retain operational, accounting, billing, legal, and security records as required for legitimate business or legal purposes, even after account deletion or expiration.

Urban Lynx may require reasonable verification before fulfilling any request. Certain information may be retained for legal compliance, security, billing obligations, fraud prevention, or backup and archival processes.

Urban Lynx may send operational communications, billing notices, account notifications, security alerts, onboarding materials, product updates, and marketing communications to users. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe instructions included in such messages. Users may continue to receive operational or transactional communications necessary to provide or administer the Services.
Urban Lynx may use cookies, session tokens, and similar technologies as necessary to maintain login sessions, authenticate users, support platform functionality, improve reliability and performance, and maintain security. Urban Lynx does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising trackers.
Users may modify browser settings to limit cookies, though certain features of the Services may not function properly without them.
Urban Lynx uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The Services utilize cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), and may use other third-party infrastructure providers. Urban Lynx is designed to logically segregate Customer Content by organization, so that one Customer’s data is not accessible to another Customer’s workspace.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Urban Lynx cannot guarantee absolute security and is not responsible for unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.
The Services are intended primarily for users located in the United States. If users access the Services from outside the United States, they acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where Urban Lynx or its service providers operate. If Urban Lynx expands Services internationally in the future, additional regional privacy disclosures may apply.
The Services are not directed to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. Urban Lynx does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If Urban Lynx becomes aware that information has been collected from a minor in violation of this Privacy Policy, Urban Lynx may promptly delete such information.
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, or tools not operated or controlled by Urban Lynx. Urban Lynx is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of such third parties. Users should review applicable third-party privacy policies independently before using those services.
Urban Lynx may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal obligations, or Services. Material changes will be communicated through email, account notifications, or notices within the Services at least thirty (30) days before taking effect where practicable. Continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
